We’ll refund back to your original method of payment once the item(s) have reached our returns centre
* As stated above, please check with your payment provider for the timeline on when the funds will be made available to you
For any credit / debit card refunds processed by our team in the Contact Centre, ARN (Acquirer Reference Number), which you can quote to your bank should you need to query the refund.
